Problem with rates and extra cost

Hello,

I have a problem with extra cost. When I want to automatically assign a extra cost with rates
I have two errors messages :
If I make a research : “Error in requested optional”
And if I want to modify this extra cost : “services Inserted values are wrong or incongruous”

I don’t understand the problem ??

When modifying a cost there are some incompatible opions, like assigning the cost automatically and asking for it when inserting a new reservation.

I seem to have a similar issue. I have defined extra cost (VERSION 1.0). I do NOT show this in the template.

For one reason or another, these costs are not added. ONLY manually selected extra costs are taken care of. The entered cost is not calculated in the required rate.

Who has more experience/solutions?

If you don't select the extra cost when creating the template it will not be added to the rate when checking availability on that template.

but when i press the modify cost it sais "Inserted values are

As Marco said, you need to re-create your template after ticking the check boxes you need.

As said you can't "Display in reservations insertion page" and assign a cost automatically to a rate. From version 1.1 there is a specific warning for this.
