*MENU:Es la página de inicio y un compendio de los a ccesos directos más utilizados generalmente por la mayoría de usuarios (insertar/ver reservas,insertar cliente, gastos e ingresos, punto de venta, mensajes, disponibilidad de apartamentos, modificar precios, modificar reglas o cambiar de año).
INSERTAR: Es un submenú donde se pueden insertar gastos/ingresos, precios, reglas y bienes o servicios (punto de venta).
- PRECIOS: Precios para habitaciones
- REGLAS: Inserta las reglas de asignación para las reservas del año.
*RESERVA: Es donde se puede insertar una reserva nueva.
TABLAS: Es un submenú donde podremos encontrar tablas con los mensajes, gastos, reglas, inventario, documentos, estadísticas y pagos de las reservas.
- ESTADISTICAS: Algunas estadísticas muy útiles como REVPAR (ingresos por habitación disponible)
*MES: Es un submenú dinámico que mostrará un calendario con las reservas del mes actual. Además, si se coloca el ratón sobre el submenú, aparecen el resto de meses del año.
RESERVAS: Es un submenú donde podrás obtener información acerca de las reservas que tengas almacenadas en el sistema. Para concretar se tiene la opción de mostrar todas las reservas, las actuales, las futuras, las llegadas, las salidas, o buscar por su número una en concreto.
CLIENTES: Muestra un listado con todos los clientes y su información, aunque también es posible buscar un cliente concreto si se coloca el ratón sobre el submenú.
TARIFAS: Muestra las tarifas.
CONFIGURAR: Es el menú de los administradores.
- USUARIOS: Crear y borrar usuarios con diferentes permisos.
- PAGINA WEB: Crear varios tipos de páginas web que se actualizan automáticamente según los datos introducidos.
- DOCUMENTOS: crea reportes, facturas, emails en HTML, RTF etc

- RESERVATION:to Insert a new reservation.
- CLIENT:Insert a new Client without the need of a reservation

- ALL: shows all reservations for the current year
- CURRENT: Table with all the reservations that are currently in the hotel's premises.
- FUTURE: Table with all the reservations that are coming
- DEPARTURES:Table with all the reservations that have left.
