moving people around in a single reservation

hi, our hotel has 18 rooms and we move people around rooms to accomodate them.

for instance, we might book them in room 2 the first night and room 3 the last two nights. is there a feature in the software for this or would you have to make two seperate reservations?

Hello Friso,
you should use 2 different reservations in ths case, but it can be done easily as you can insert more reservations at once (use "add other types"). Also, for the administrator user, the software will automatically offer to split the reservation if needed.

maybe i missed something, but i installed phpresidence, password protected the directory through .htaccess and use that as security...

is there a seperate administrator user?

By default login id disabled and you use php-residence as administrator. To enable it go to "configure and customize" and then to "users management" and enable the administrator password.
