multi-day reservations, how to book and calculate

Hi Marco,
I've played with your software for about a week now and it looks great. I want to use it with our bed and breakfast in Anchorage Alaska. The most common type of reservations we get are multi-day staggered.

For example:
A customer comes to town and stays two nights, then goes on an excursion in Denali (or to Seward, or Valdez, etc.) then returns to stay one night, then leaves again to another destination, just to return and stay one more night before flying out the following day.

We currently look at this as one reservation. If it covers more then three days we give a discount, and there is also a 12% bed tax applied to each night.

How can we create/calculate this type of reservation?

Hello Scott,
you should treat them as separate reservations, but you can use the same client. Yon can also insert and modify them as a group.
