Dual Language Templates

Can I create dual templates, If so, where would I go to set this up..

All 4 templates would use the same reservations data...

In the first page when you create the internet template you can choose the language. If you add language modules you'll have more languages available also for the templates, if some phrases are not translated you can modify them by checking the option in the first page.
