help configuring the rates

Let me atfirst admit that, this is the best looking and functioning reservation scripts out there. congratulations! marco and thanx for putting this script online.

Just downloaded it , installed and it works like magic.
However, i am trying to configure the rates as shown in the image below.

You can use extra costs, for example for the studio rate automatically associate an extra cost of -5 per day when the reservation is longer than to days, automatically associate another cost of -2 per day when it lasts more than 3 days and so on.
