Hello:

I am very new to this fantastic software and have a question.

We want to be able to move a guest to another room in the event they need to change rooms after checking-in. For example, if a guest checks into room 1 for one week but needs to change to room 2 after 3 days, we want to be able to move them to that room; however, we do not want the first 3 days they spent in room 1 to be changed - it needs to reflect that they were in room 1 then switched to room 2 from the 4th day.

Can this be accomplished and if so, how? Anxiously looking forward to hearing from you.

What you can do is make the reservation shorter and add a second one for the second period. When you insert the second reservation use the same surname and you'll be promped to use the same client.
