Changing email attachment

Hi Marco,
I want to set up an easy method of adding a different attachment such as a contract or bill instead of the standard attachment selected in the 'Customisation' section. I have to assume that the person adding the attachment will not have access or the knowledge to edit the contract. Is there a way of changing the attachment from the 'Reservation' screen?

There's no way other than creating different contracts for each attachment (you can create as many cotracts as you want), the only thing you can decide when sending the email is whether attaching it or not.

but I appreciate the hard work you have put in here!

What I wanted was to be able to creat an invoice on an accounts package and attach it to an email. Obviously, each invoice will have a different reference and as I said before, the office user will probably not have access to the inner workings of program.

There is an option to select an attachment on the 'modifica_contratto.php' page but they wouldn't have access to this.

Would this be too hard to duplicate on the email version of the 'visualizza_contratto.php' page?

I may be able to get my client to pay for this if it is not too costly.

Hello Simon,
I can accept to do paid customizations for features needed immediately or features I don't plan to include in php-residence. The price would be 10€/hours needed (in this case I think 3/4 hours). I would release you a regular invoice and mantain my copyright on the changes, so that they can eventually be released in the next php-residence version.
