I've had a look at your script and it looks very good.
I have a couple of questions though:

- is there any kind built-in invoicing system (ie. when a customer checks out the system could print an invoice for the duration of the stay including taxes, VAT, additional costs...)
- is there any type of built in reports (turnover, availability, bookings...)
- how easy is it to do a mailshot (even an email shot) to the customers in the database

Hello Gloub,
for all your 3 points you can use the php-residence contracts that are described in detail here:

You have make yourself each document you need, but from version 0.6.1 it will be possible to make a contracts only backup, allowing to share them with other users.
