I have a certain period where all the bookings have been made, and it is now full.
However, customers can still book? Looking at the monthly table in admin, you can see that reservations have been made and paid for, but in the template it still has full availability (all green)
Please help!

From the screenshots you have sent me there is still a free "apartment", so probably that's why it gives you still availability. So in the availability overview you should not group the apartments by number of people, but by rates (if you use the assignment rule 2) or do not group them at all.

Once you have added the assignment rule 2 you should also reassign the reservations that have been inserted in the meantime (rule 2 will be applied only to new reservations). So going to the modification page of those reservations and selecting again the same rate (with rule 2 chacked) should solve the problem.

Check the reservations in that period to see if they get assigned the correct apartments list. If you can, send your php-residence backup file to marco@digitaldruid.net telling me what's the rate and period where you should not be able to insert new reservations.
