invoices and progressive numbers

hello. just installed your latest version. so far so good except for the invoices (maybe i don't get it): i want to be able to produce a final invoice with progressive number starting with 0000001 for the first booking of 2012 and have it continuous over the years. as i see it, when putting the year in the file name, the progressive number will reset to zero the year after no ?

second i remember having found a way to change the progressive (not starting with 1 but 000001 for instance) in a old version but can't find the way again

and finally i want to be able to produce a copy of each final invoice sharing the same progressive number. i see the option but it doesn't work. it produces a second file with a different number. what do i do wrong ?

please help! because its will be on my back soon

Yes numbers start from 1 each year, but if you rename the last file from last year replacing the old year with the new one it should continue with the old numbers. You can look at the invoice all the times you want and save it with different names / print it, why would you need a copy inside hoteldruid?

In Invoice i need Room Rate including Tax.

As in Germany

Hotel Tax: 7%
Extras: 19%

But i want to show Hotel Rate only but with including Tax:
50 Euro including Tax.

I used variable [rate_no_vat_invo_p] but its only show without tax.

Example:
Hotelübernachtung / Hotel Stay 18-05-2014 - 19-05-2014 for 1 persons Euros 46.72 here i want price including 7% Tax.

Extra: “Breakfast ” Euros 7
Extra: “Beck_” Euros 3.5
Extra: “Weltenburger hell ” Euros 4
Extra: Brutto / Sub total @ 19% Euros 14.5
Extra: Netto Steuer / Taxes 19% Euros 2.32

Netto/ Sub total Euros 58.90
Steuer/Taxes total Euros 5.60

Brutto / Invoice total Euros 64.50

the price of the rate with taxes is in variable [rate_price_p].
