Software drops first name

I have noticed lately that when someone makes a reservation, and I insert the reservation from the messages dialog, the first name does not carry over to the insertion page.

Any way to fix this?

Jim, I noticed this to - but when you then go into the Clienti screen, the first and last name are entered. Basically a truncated (if necessary)surname is used on the Bookings report - so I think that's what you see.

Right you are. In that case it's purely a cosmetic issue.
