I love this software and have been using it for a corporate apartment and hope to offer it to more clients. My question:
Our client has one (1) apartment and the pricing does not change according to the time of year, but the nights booked.
For example
2 nights = 199.00/night
3 - 6 nights = 179.00/night
Weekly = 709.00/week
Monthly = 2000.00/month
How to I get the software to calculate this for the one rate? I can get it to calculate only one of the prices correctly, and I have tried all I know with the extra costs.
The site is live and if I can get an answer or a little direction ASAP that would be great.

Extra cost is where you do it.
Use a fixed discount of x single, not per day
automatically assign with rates "minimum 2 days" "if possible" set up for all rates
set up a new discount for "minimum 3 days", another for Minimum 4 days, etc
unless you can figure out a way to wrap it I think that a new discount for each stay length is what you have to do. I have that with a "weekly discount" and a "Two week discount"
You could try the "multiply the cost by " ASK button and maybe label it with please enter the number of days of your stay to receive you discount, but I don't know if that would work.
On EDIT, you only have five discount situations, so better to set up an extra for each. PM me if you need more.

Discounts daily, weekly, monthly
So far I have been able to get the rates to calculate if I do what was suggested above, except I have it set as a "daily" rate and not single. I have the extra cost subtract the appropriate dollar amount per day to get the correct price for the 3-6 nights, weekly, and monthly.
It is a little cumbersome because each new price has to account for the fact that the first discount will apply....my 3rd grade math was put to the test.
So far it gives the results I need...only time will tell
