Variable forms for "visa" payment method

Is it possible to have variable forms which depends of payment method ? Like example "CC Number" if I chose "visa" ?

Now I can use "Custom form fields", but if customer have to use different payment method they should be hide.

Hello Nicholas,
you could use a javascript script embedded in the "custom html" for that (access the form elements through DOM).
