Paypal Module Info Please.

I am interested in the Paypal module but have one or two queries.
You say that the module has to be at a fixed location. Is this purely a web address such as www.myaddress.co.uk/php-residence/ The reason i ask is that if I purchase the module and install it in my domain as above, then later decide to change providers where my website is stored, retaining my address as above. Will the module still work, effectively is it tied to the domain name and not its location or IP address in the web somewhere?

At the moment I am testing the module through my existing domain and would install there, I may later build my own web server and transfer my website to it. Just need to make sure I will be able to do so.

Also like to thank you for such a useful piece of software. It should prove very useful in my future activities.

Finally, would it be possible to encrypt the data being sent to the database as we should consider some of the data is potentially open to Identity Theft as it is in plain text.

The module is tied to the entire URL, so you can change ip and provider. But if you plan to use it in a secure URL you should use https:// instead of http:// when purchasing the module. You can also use it from php-residence hosting on digitaldruid.net where a secure URL for the modules is provided, but notice that with the paypal module no credit card information will be entered on your site, so it's not strictly necessary.

I am in the process of purchasing a hotel and this package links well into my website design. I have a working model which will be ready when I finalise the deal and I will be using the Paypal module. I have had a personal Paypal account and find it exceptionally useful.

So the two pieces will go together like bread and butter, or in your case like pasta and cheese
