little month by month calendar on right

Thank you so much for your perfect script (it save my life)
I have 2 questions :

how can i have the little month by month calendar in the right of start day form and the same on right of end day form ? when i created "modele_disponible" they don't appear ? i missed something ?

I have installed php residence on my web site. a fresh new one version + "fr" + "de" translate. Evrything work fine. but now when i created a new "modele_disponible" (fr) i don't know where it is ? my dati folder is empty ? the file exist, i see it on my browser, no error message, CHMOD ok. the script said ok file is created in ./dati folder. but when i look with ftp programme nothing inside !?!
on local (for testing) all my created files are going directly to ./dati normally.

i m going crasy, i don't understand why ?

ok for second question (CHMOD on dati file) stay the first problem with the little calendar in drop-show menu ?

I haven't saw "Show the calendars to pick the dates" Sorry

The calendars are off by default because they don't work properly with drop-down menus in IE6, check that for your templates.
