The Bulgarian encoding is windows-1251, but when I try to rename some words, they look OK when editing, and on the web page also, but when I close the file and open it again, the encoding of the file is changed /yet the look is perfect on the web page in a browser/.
Strange behaviour
Any clue on how to fix this?
I suggest using UTF-8 because it is international standard, or windows-1251 as it supports all the western characters including the cyrillic. Cyrillic people out there are almost 300 million
