Meaning of some terms and field descriptions.....

Greetings,

New to PHP-Residence. What a great piece of software. Got a few questions please. Hope I did not over look answer in the forum here.

1. Under Configure and Customize, What is the following field used for?

Minutes during which mantain occupied the apartments meanwhile a
reservation is being inserted:

Does it mean that all or just the reserved apartment will be set to occupied until the reservation is set. Please explain the concept.

2. Also, what is meant by relatednesses. I saw it used in relation to clients and guests.

3. Are there other add-modules besides the PayPal one?

When you insert a new reservation, in the page where you insert the client's data, a temporary reservation is inserted to avoid that the apartment is occupied by some other user meanwhile you insert client's and guests' data. The temporary resevation will be replaced by the actual reservation once you complete the booking, or deleted after the minutes set in this option. If you set them to 0 no temporary reservation will be inserted. If you hit "cancel" in the page where you insert the client's data the temporary reservation will be deleted.

2. Also, what is meant by relatednesses. I saw it used in relation to clients and guests.

It should be the relatedness between guests (husband, wife, father, etc.).

3. Are there other add-modules besides the PayPal one?

For now there is only paypal, there will be soon a module to update availability and bookings with booking.com website.
