No we pay just when somebody book a room using their site , but the XML interface is for allowing us to update their planning automaticaly if we have a soft yet, like Php-Residence.
Because now I have to do the work manually, when I book a room with Php-Residence I have to go after on their site to tell them that there is a room less
The other reason I think that it would be interesting to interface Php-Residence with this central because it is the bigger in Europe 35000 hotels and now they also bought
http://www.activereservations.com.
If it was possible to make Php-Residence work with this central in XML it would be like this :
Every hours or 10 minutes, Php-Residence look to the central if there are reservation, if there are reservation it dowload them and put them in the Php Residence planning. And when Php-Residence book a room on my site for example, it update the number of room the central can book
Like this I have to possibility to book room with Php-Residence on my site and at the same time I can book room with this central.

I think that it would be possible to do something not too difficult, because with the interface you needn't too take all the option, I think that the more important is :
1°) When Php-Residence book a room , it send to the central by XML the new number of room they can book.
