I'm new to this program. Are you guys planning or in the work on working a automatic debit/billing program to take credit cards, ACH (direct debit from checking), and utility splitting. I am renting rooms and would like to split the utilities among my roommates every month by uploading a PDF file of the utility statement for gas, electric, etc. Each month it would send them a monthly statement of the rent + 25% of utilities due for splitting utilities 4 way and then automatically draw money from their checking account. I also was thinking if they can have an account where they can sign in to send in work orders and I can approve or disapprove them.

Hello Hien,
php-residence is designed for vacation rentals and hotels, I don't know if you can adapt it to normal rentals. What do you need for direct debit? Is there a web gateway for payments, something like paypal?
