Is there any way that you can make a unit unavailable, say for maintenance etc, without having to apply a reservation to it.

This would be an easy way around the above problem.

I notice from your reply to this post that you were looking at making the php-residence more html friendly.

Has any progress been made with the html to be able to adjust the table widths without making a new theme.
