Broken php-residence :-(

Hi all, We've been using php-residence very successfully for nearly 3 years now - it's a fantastic piece of software. Due to it "just working" we've fallen far behind on upgrades - in fact we've been using version 0.55 (gulp!) Unfortunately, when I tried to upgrade to the current version -...

Your assumption is entirely correct! The ntariffe2007 is empty! However, when I run your SQL statement (suitably edited to reflect the table names we're using) I get: INSERT INTO cockerntariffe2007 SELECT * FROM cockerntariffe2006 MySQL said: #1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 I...

Hi Marco! Thanks for the speedy response. There are no other (obvious) errors besides this one. If we go to the "Insert Reservation" link from the main menu it looks like this: http://www.thecocker.com/Reservations-Screen-Shot.jpg It wont let us select a rate, but if we try and enter it as...

SQL error when adding a reservation (system previously OK)

Hello. A problem has developed with our system - previously it has been working perfectly. Basically, since 2007 we haven't been able to add a reservation. Anything related to adding a reservation or modifying the rates generates the following error: Warning: mysql_result() [function.mysql-result]: ...

Hi Marco!

Thanks for your reply. I eventually figured it out, and the problem *was* due to my availability template. I rebuilt the template and all was well. It even gave me the perfect excuse to tweak the template at the same time!

Thanks again for a superb product.

Austin.

Can't check availability beyond 1/1/2007

Hello. I hope that somebody may be able to help with a problem we're experiencing. Using the "Rates" table I've added the period up to 1/1/2008. I've then added prices for the relavant new time period. I can now "check availability" for the new period in the *admin section*, but ...
