You gotta love this software. It works so well that the only trouble I have is each year when I go to upgrade I end up with problems because I lose my notes from the previous year, and forget how to do it. And this year I can't find the forum posts on updating that would allow me to get it done........

I'm sure Marco has a more elegant way to do this, but I think that you can set up a minimum charge for seven days worth of rates.

Actually, it will assign rooms in the order you set. And you can set up rooms as close to each other. It does what you want, you just need to finish setting it up.

i don't think the email function can do processing, as it's not PHP active. If you change your function to just a variable, does it work?
