For example
Payment of €10 for an
amount due €7,95 will show
money change of €2,05

Pherhaps you have to adjust the rights of the user.
This can be done in user management section.

Previously, I believe, it was possible to make a subcategory to a category of costs. For example: Drinks /Beers/ -Beer 1 etc -Beer 2 /Wines/ -Red wine -White wine /Sodas/ -Cola -Tonic Now it seems no longer possible or I can't find it anymore. Does anybody know how to do this?

I think you should beable to do this by choosing (in the top menu) "configure" and then "users"
