Problem with changing the contract format!

HI!
I cannot change the contract format. When I set it to RTF or EMAIL an press the "Change-Button" it is always reset to "HTML".
And if I "save changes" it doesn´t help anyhow.
Any idea about the possible mistake?

Hello,
does it respond "Contract format changed." or something else? Could you send me a backup? The "save changes" button only saves the text of the contract, does not change the format.

NO, it just refreshs the page an shows "html" again.

Of course! Do you need special files or complete? The db - dump or just the Php-files. Or does an access to our account help you?
Could it be a mistake of the right of any folder (e.g. 777 missing)?

Just the backup file created by php-residence ("configure and customize" --> "backup system").

It shouldn't, contracts are saved in the database now. Which browser are you using? Try replacing this modified file to see if it works:
