Hello,
I'm traing to translate the program to Bulgrian lang. But I need to change the utf-8 encoding to windows-1251.
Please tell me how to do that! what I have to change in the PHP code - and which pages.

utf-8 already includes all the characters of 1251. You just need an editor that supports saving the files in utf-8 to translate the files, if utf-8 is not your system default. Under linux I use kate.
