Warning: name.php is missing

I get warning messages of a missing name.php. The message looks like:
Warning: main(./includes/templates/_vti_cnf/name.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/gulpdal1/public_html/reserveringen/crea_modelli.php on line 1126
in the directory _vti_cnf I don't see the name.php so the warning is correct.
This or similar warning appears for instance when I make a backup or when I want to edit the templates.
I don't know what I have done. I have deleted an apartment and re-introduced it under the same name. Can this be the problem?
HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS? I don't want to make a new installation. Please help
It looks like the issue is related to the variable $modello_ext that defines the correct folder. This is pointing to _vti_cnf. It looks like this is not the right folder "cal" or "rat".
