Rental on monthly base

First, thank you to the maker of this great piece of software.
We have to manage several rooms in different houses for students . These room are rented on monthly rate basis.
How can I adapt P-R to handle that ?

Hello Manuel,
you can set the dates that appear in the drop-down menus from "configure and customize", but you'll have to add 12 intervals if you want to appear exactly the 1st of each month.

You don't have to change the code, did you find the drop-down menus dates selection in the "configure and customize" page? Did you select your monthly dates?
