There is a little bug with the "Template to check availability". In fact when i want to create a french template i have a italian template called "mdl_diponibilata.php"

Each language has it's own directory where the program is stored. In the code, the default name of the templates is stored. I think you have copied the Italian directory to the French directory without changing the PHP code. I have seen the same issue when introducing the Dutch language and solved it as I described. Good luck
