Long URLS

Post by gonesouth »

The URL for my booking form is:

http://www.tatamagouchemotels.com/booki ... mplate.php

If I rename the directories php-residence_1.0.0 and php-residence as a and b the url would become

http://www.tatamagouchemotels.com/booki ... mplate.php

which is a little more manageable.

Will that interfere with the operation of the program?

Thanks

Jim

There should be no problems, you can rename php-residence directory but not the other directories inside.

Try the easiest way to use HotelDruid:

Just a note to say that I did rename them and it worked fine. /dati is now a/b/dati

This has now come back to haunt me.............I am trying to redo my templates and I can't find where the template creator is putting them. I'm guessing they would normally be placed in /dati, and since the program can't find them it's failing to save the revised templates.

Can some kind soul please look at their file structure and tell me the two directory names immediately above dati in the file hierarchy?

Alternately can someone please look and see where the template creator is putting newly revised templates in their system?

Thanks very much.

Regards
