Hi Marco
Just thought I would point out how well your Software has progressed from Version .6?? which was the Version I first installed some 3 years ago...
I have given another member a hand recently to set up his PHP Residence, and quite honestly its much more user friendly then the earlier Versions...
Cogratulations on the wonderful work, and thanks for putting in the effort in answering the questions that I have posted in the past....
If I could, I would like to point out that some of the sites you have listed are in fact not using PHP Residence......
Sry, I have not taken the time to tell you which ones, but in an attempt to see how others have set their software up I did notice that!!!
Regards Walter

Good Work, Marco!

I am the member Walter referred to who has just set up PHP-Residence for my motel. I have set up reservation software for a number of properties using four different software packages ranging in price up to $5000 (not paid by me!) and I can safely say that this was the quickest. Some of the others were more straitforward, but in the end PHP-Residence has the flexibility to do anything that I have ever needed.

There are still a few quirks, bugs or "features" as Microsoft calls them, like my needing to login and read the messages when I get an email from the system, since my email program shows them as gibberish, and I have not tried the documents features yet.

I would really like to see a manual made for the program, and I am wondering if you would consider setting something up that would allow users like me to write a few manual pages at a time describing how we solved a particular problem, and post them here for others to use.

I could, of course, just make a post and title it "Manual Pages Setting of Rates" and another "Manual Pages Handling Charges for Extra Persons" and so on, but I'm not sure how other people would access the pages they needed..... Maybe somebody else has some ideas on this.

Hello,
for the unreadble email check that your mail reader supports utf-8 encoding. There is a wiki where you can enter your documentation, check it out at:

Thank you Walter, it's long time I've not updated the websites list, I have to remove some but there are many new ones too ;)
