i am using php-residence for my hotel of 26 rooms.
i have following problems.
1- some times i have to block all my rooms for a certain date , i.e i have
to reserve all rooms. for this i use nomber of reservation . but if in
case i have to change date of that reservations it needs to be done by
modifying all one by one 26 times . can it be done is a single step?
2. i am using availability tamplate. when a reservation request come to me
and i confirm the reservation , can it generate an automatic mail to the
customer to tell that his reservation is confirmed ?
Please help me

1- It will be possible in next version.
2- You must create a document with email format, then when the request arrives in the messages page you select that contract to view.

the problem for me is that once i receive the message with php-residence web interface, I can t attach or view any document associated with it...

Why not? There's a select box and a button for that in the messages table.

Hello,
you can attach a file to emails generated by a hoteldruid document. For it go in "configure and customize", documents section, and click on the document number you want to modify. If the document format is "EMAIL" you'll have an option to upload a file and save it as the attachment for the emails created by this document (you'll have the option to remove it before sending each email).
