accounting question

hi,
first i have to say how impressive is your software. you sometime think you can't do something out of it but it's often because it's so full of features that you haven't see it's was possible
but i have a problem related to the accounting system:
i need to create a daily output then a weekly output of each occupied room for each day and calculate the sum of all the occupied room for each day based on the daily rate
as i see right now you can have a daily output of the total rate for each client inside the hotel but for statistic purpose i need also to calculate the sum based on the daily rate for each occupied room i must precise that i've create a rate for each apartment so the rate type display an apartment number not a price
