I have a hotel with the following rate structure

1 - 3 days: £27.50 per perseon
4 days+: first 3 days at £27.50, subsequent days at £25.00
7 days: £175.00 (i.e. all days at £25). Subsequent days at £25.00
£5 supplement per day for single occupency 1st May to 30th September

What's the simplest way to get this in? Can it be done with one rate and one or more supplements?

Hi Kevin,

I think the simpliest way is to have one rate of £25.00 and one daily extra cost of £2.5. Associate the cost to the rate choosing "if possible" when inserting the cost and put a maximum of 7 days, this way the cost will be associated only if the reservation is 7 days long or shorter. Also choose to associate the cost to specific days, this way you can apply the cost only to the first 3 days (choose 3 days yes and 10000 days no for example).

For the £5 supplement if I understand it correctly you can change the prices of the rate for that period to be £30 per day insetead of £25.
