EMAIL NAME PROBLEM

Hi Can anybody let me know how to put he name of the sender while sending emails from the software. whenever i send the name displayed is Nobody
Please help

Well the problem solved itself once i upgraded to new version but still i would like to know what could had been the problem so next time if similar condition occurs atleast can repair it.
