let's say i need to display special notes for cleaning such as half cleaning during two days and full cleaning the third day of a reservation i will need to create two extra cost and deal with the days interval, yes? but still, how to remove that "1d" mention and replace it by something more explicit. i tried to check that out and didn't find a way...

You can't replace the "1d", but there should be 2 separate columns for each cost so that you can tell which one. You could also create different table profiles (only for administrator user) where only one cost is shown at once, so that you have a table with partial cleanings and another with full cleanings.
