Hello,

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for building such a great system.
I have installed PHP residence and it works really well.

My client has now advised me that she requires additional settings.
I have set two different seasons, low season and high season for my cottage. During the low season people must book a minimum of three nights, however during the high season people must book a minimum of 7 nights.

Also During the low season, people should be able to place mid-week bookings, but during the high season, people should only be able to book from Saturday to Saturday...

Is this possible, please advise.

I look forward to your response,

Thanks.

Hello Toria,
for the 3 days minimum stay you can use an extra cost with 0 price that is associated always to the rame with reservations of minimum 3 days. For the Saturday to Saturday booking you can set the correct dates to appear in the drop-down menus from "configure and customize" and when creating the templates.

Hi Marco,

This does seem to work when using he availability template but when I try to insert the reservation from the admin logon it says..

The extra cost "Minimum Stay High Season" can't be applied.
The extra cost "Minimum Stay High Season" can't be inserted in this period.

what am I doing wrong?

Hello,
It seems that you have selected that this extra cost can be applied only in some periods. If you want a minimum stay applied anly in some periods it should be available in next version.
