How I do this? My flats are normally just weekly bookable. Bud if the arrival les then tow week’s before booking date, it should be possible to book les den 7 days .

Is there any rule to rice or to reduce the price if a minimum occupancy rate is achieved?

What you can do for now is insert the minimum stay (from the line for fast extra costs insertion in the page to insert prices) and set the permitted periods as staring from 2 weeks from now. Then you'll have to update the permitted dates peridically (ideally every day). For future versions it's planned to be able to set "x" days from current date for permitted periods.
