How to remove availibility

Hi
I have just recently started using the program and have started loading rates, I however cant seem to find a way to remove availibility for dates in the future?
Thanx for any advice

You can insert fake reservations with a price of 0, or you can use assignment rule 1 and set up accordingly privileges for users and website pages.
