Hello, I wonder if anyone can help with this.

I have five clients, all have small hotels with anything from 7 to 15 bedrooms. I have created individual installs and databases for them but I would like a global room availability check. Does anyone know if and how to do this without having to add manually. This would also be a problem with the tariffe, dates etc.

I can see the Interconnection switch in the config area but it seems only one interconnection is possible

I'm sorry but for now php-residence is not designed to work as a portal, you shold make a separated search for each hotel. Or make a unique central database and create a user for each hotel, but this is would be difficult mantaining (only admin can change rates and apartments) and the hotels should connect to the on-line version.

In the future I may try to make a template that connects to various databases or try implementing the OTA (open travel alliance) specifications to be able to talk with portals. But this not before 1 year at least.
