can someone help me with this?
I rent my apartments both daily on Booking.com for example and monthly/annually, where prices are based on the calendar month.
Is it possible to add the option to set a price not only by day but also by month, but for the month to be from the calendar, meaning if the order was placed on 5/5 and the price is set by month, then the price will be until 4/6, and of course every additional month.
I really miss such an option. Thank you. Marina

if I understand correctly you want to have different prices for the first month from "today". If so you can use an extra cost that is applied "when possible if less than 30 days are remaining from the starting date of the reservation when it is inserted". Set the value of the cost in % or as a fixed price for a discount (negative value) or a surcharge.
