Not really finding a lot of info on this. But need to know what command to enter the number of nights into a document. Like an email confirmation from a reservation.

Yes there is a default variable for that info you need, in spanish is calle "[num_periodos]" it equals to the number of nights from the reservation.
You should search to their equivalent in english anyway that variable should work independently to the language in which you have configured hoteldruid.
