Top customer for period (month, year, week)

Hello, everyone.
First of all, I would like to thank the hoteldruid community for participating in the forum, thanks to it I have been able to solve many doubts and appreciate the potential of hoteldruid.
I am writing this post regarding the title in the heading, I would like to know if it is possible to make a ranking of the customers, so that I can more precisely know who the most frequent clients are, how much they spend within a period of time, etc.
With that knowledge we could give them special benefits for their fidelity.
Sometimes it's not so easy to know who are the best customers, especially if your guest database is a bit large
