Because of the European privacy laws, you should be able to delete guests from the database. How do I do this (ie I want to delete all guests without a future reservation).

if the reservations have been deleted you can use the button "delete all clients without reservation", anyway I'll add this to the "to-do" list. You can also ask for privicy approval at the moment of booking or checkin (in the webpages created by hoteldruid put the agreement in a text document and mark it as needed when creating the page).
