Hi.

I'm configuring my system, adding extra costs.

One of the extra costs (say, e.g., wifi) should only be charger for some days. Let's say it costs 5€/day, but it should be charged a maximum of 5 days, even for longer stays.

I suppose this is not possible, is it? I was looking at the configuration pages, namely the "Number of days:" section, but I see no such option.

Is there some way to go around this question?

When you are setting up an Extra Cost you want to select "Daily" for the
Extra cost type:

• single
  daily

In section where you select the applicable Rates, there is a drop-down next the the "days":

• Minimum
  Maximum
  Exactly
  Between

Choose "Between" and you will be able to enter the range of days (1-5, etc.)

Hint:
Creating "Categories" (optional) allows the "Extra Costs" to be grouped together on the Reservation Entry page in a more orderly fashion.
You can easily go back and edit this later (edit each "Extra Cost" separately).

Another Hint:
If you are trying to figure out what settings to use when, experiment with
"Fast insertion of a new extra cost for":

• minimum stay
  number of children
  extra bed
  special offer

Also, when inserting a daily extra cost, you can choose to apply it "5 days YES" and "9999999999 days NO" (like infinite days).
