Just for Information, updating Chromium Web-Browser solves this:

Problem: After updating to latest version of HotelDruid: In Reservation Table, there were no longer any lines separating table items (vertical and horizontal lines).

Solution: Update Web-Browser.

Note: HotelDruid stays up-to-date for those of us Hosted on HotelDruid. Our Customer's Head Housekeeper had problems reviewing reservations from her home. We helped her update her web-browser, which "fixed" the problem.

i use firefox and have the latest update, i had to go into the css to make the lines appear again, otherwise it was very difficult to see the dates.
