Hi Marco,

I'm always forgetting to send the welcome email to the guest.
it would be nice to have a little star in the name on month view that shows who has and who hasn't been send the a welcome email (or any other presetable document in the list) from the documents.

Currently what i do is I go reservation by reservation looking for the blue Warning "Warning: an email with the same subject has already been sent to client Lucas Bruxellas" to find out if i have or haven't sent the email.

you can insert a condition like this in the document:

if [email_already_sent] is equal to 1 then equate [repetition_error] to 1

This way you can select the document from current reservations table and only email for clients that have not received the email yet will be created.
