I wonder weither we could print invoices on a format wich would not be A4.

I'm sorry but not being an IT guy, I do not know how to do it customizing the formats of the documents.

I there any documentation/information for that ?

Hello,
in html documents you can use the @page in your css to declare the page size (you'll find examples searching on the Internet), use custom headers when you modify the document to declare css. Html also supports page breaks that you can insert in your html code.
