Hoteldruid is not good usable for visually impaired persons.
Most of the input fields has no name. Please name every input field and dialog element. A screenreader takes this information and tells the user what kind of dialog element is focussed.

what do you mean by "name"? Intput fields usually have a "name" attribute that corresponds to the php variable.
