I have found a weird behaviour regarding the deposit calculation:
rental cost 100
discount 10%
Net rental cost: 90

The deposit (50%) calculates 50 euro and not 45 euro.

Extra costs can be calculated also on deposit/total-deposit (for example if someone want to use a special payment method on deposit), so for now it's not possible doing the reverse thing.
